Program
The aim is to provide you with knowledge and skills that will give you confidence and independence on the upcoming private summer alpine tours.
This three-day course enables you to close your individual training gaps and opens the door to independent touring.
We try to make all our courses very practice-oriented. If you want to learn complex rescue manoeuvres by heart, you are in the wrong place. If you want to get into the mountains in a simple and relaxed way, you’re in the right place!
On a high altitude tour you are on the move in different terrain. Whether on rock, on the glacier or in the snow, you should be able to cope with any situation. In the first two days we focus on the elements rock and glacier/firn. On the third day we put what we have learned into practice on an application tour.
Depending on the weather we have to adapt the programme…
Note on the programme: Listed are various possibilities of what is possible in the three days. We can’t do everything in this time, but we give you the best possible training content adapted to the weather, the group and the level.
After the approach to a suitable terrain (near an SAC hut), we do education on the rock. Whether you are already climbing or “just” hiking, there is something for everyone.
